My name is Steven Gruener, and I have spent the last 20 years helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Outside of mortgage lending, family is the center of my life. As a proud father to my five-year-old daughter, I understand the importance of creating stability, building a future, and finding a place to truly call home. Those experiences help shape the way I work with my clients, treating every family I serve with the same care, attention, and commitment I would want for my own.

I am also proud to be a United States Navy Veteran. My military service taught me the values of integrity, discipline, accountability, and dedication—principles that continue to guide my work today. I am especially honored to assist fellow veterans and military families as they navigate the home financing process and take advantage of the benefits available to them.

Originally from Germany, I continue to maintain strong ties with family overseas. My international background has given me a broader perspective and appreciation for different cultures and experiences, allowing me to connect with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. When I’m not helping clients secure financing, you’ll often find me following international soccer and European club football, one of my lifelong passions.
